Flood Relief in Pakistan

The 2010 Pakistan floods are estimated to have destroyed over a million homes and rendered more than 21 million people homeless or injured. The crops and livestock which are the foundation of Pakistan's agricultural economy were devastated. Hundreds of thousands of cattle perished, thus imperiling the ability of the people of Pakistan to feed themselves. As a result, millions face illness and starvation.

ANC Foundation, Inc. ("ANC") is dedicated to providing families with special needs children with cattle. ANC perceives a two-fold benefit from livestock restoration: helping to satisfy Pakistan's nutritional needs in a sustainable manner and facilitating the restoration of the rural economy.

ANC is actively pursuing various channels whereby we can replace lost cattle to families with disabled children. Cattle that was lost during the floods and have still not been replaced. These cattle are a source of nutrition, income a lifeline for many families.
